Imagine your own personal food tutor cooking with you in your own kitchen, guiding you in the creation of the perfect dinner party. But, unlike a private caterer or chef doing everything for you in their own way, I will be teaching you how to do everything – from concept to the dinner table – in a way that works for you, so that you can impress your friends and family (or a hot date!) over and over again.
If you are not confident in the kitchen, or are keen to develop your amateur efforts further, I can help you learn a wide range of cooking skills from sauces and soups to pies and roasts. If you love cooking and just fancy learning new recipes and fresh ideas from an experienced cook, then I’m here to work with you.

Cooking in is so much better value and fun and the satisfaction of serving up your own scrumptious meal is priceless: being able to make your guests feel honoured is a proud moment.
You will also be able to serve excellent wines at a fraction of restaurant prices, something which I will be able to educate you in. All it takes is a bit of confidence: I will take the trepidation out of cooking and show you how to enjoy being creative in your kitchen. Anyone can do it.
There is a growing interest in nutrition and healthy eating today, and knowing what’s in your dish means knowing what you are putting into your body. I can advise you on where and how to shop sensibly; whatever your budget and diet.
