Below are just a few examples of some of mine and my friends’ favourites, but you are more than welcome to choose any other comfort foods you wish to make.
These dishes I think of as the stalwarts of any cook. They could be described as homely and there’s nothing wrong with that. A homemade Shepherd’s Pie is hard to beat on a dull November evening.
